How do I place an order? TOP

Sending us an e-mail via our Contact link above is the best place to start.  Let us know what you are looking for and how soon you will need it.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss options and procedures to get the ball rolling. 

How Should I Format My Address List? TOP

Whether ordering addressing services or place cards, you will need to have a list formatted with your guest's information.  You may use any type of electronic file such as an Excel or a Word Document.  For information on how to set up your address list, please visit our Formatting page listed under Envelope Addressing. 

I have questions regarding envelope addressing etiquette, can you help me? TOP

Most questions regarding envelope addressing etiquette can be found on our Etiquette information link under envelope addressing. If you still have questions, please email us and we will be more than happy to provide you with answers.

Do I need extra envelopes? TOP

It is a good idea to order additional envelopes from your stationery provider which can be used for corrections, additions and re-dos.  A good rule of thumb is to order 15-20% more envelopes than you think you will actually need.  We will retain a few envelopes for any error corrections and additions you may have after your order is completed.  All other blank envelopes will be returned to you. 

What is the turnaround time for envelope addressing? TOP

It depends on the style of your script and quantity of envelopes.  Standard turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days but can vary depending on the time of year.  Please let us know the date you prefer to have them back by and we will make every attempt to complete them in your requested time frame.

Do you ship outside of New Jersey? TOP

Yes!  We work with clients all over the country and worldwide on a daily basis.

I live in the New Jersey Area, may I make an appointment to meet in person? TOP

Our studio operates at irregular hours and it is not open to the general public.  But we can still certainly set up an appointment for you to stop by.

What types of paper can you write on? TOP

We are very resourceful and can write on papers of virtually any size, color and thickness. This includes handmade, dark and lined envelopes.  Please send us a sample so we can test it before printing.

Can I have my printer ship my envelopes directly to you? TOP

Yes, this is a great idea! Please fill out the contact form for more information on how to proceed.

Do I need to leave a deposit with my order? TOP

We do not require a deposit for envelope addressing, as your envelopes themselves will serve as such.

Can you match the style and color of my invitation font? TOP

Yes, this is our specialty! 99% of the time we can match the font on your invitation, please include one of your invites so we can determine the style and color used. 

Will I see a proof before you print? TOP

Once your address list and envelopes have been received, we will e-mail you a proof of each. We will not print until both the address list and envelope proofs are approved by you.

What if I have last minute changes to my guest list? TOP

Additions to the guest list after we have received the order are very common.  Email us the additions or changes, and we will make note of them.  We will gladly accommodate these changes, as we know how hectic it can be to plan your dream event! We do not charge extra for this service unless we have already written out the envelope.  If you send changes after an envelope has been written you will be charged for the change.

When is my payment due? TOP

Final payment is required when your order is completed, prior to being shipped back to you.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

The State of New Jersey requires that we charge sales tax to all packages going to a New Jersey address only. Please do not put us in the uncomfortable situation of asking us to wave the sales tax.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP

PayPal, Check or Cash.

Our preferred method of payment is by paying with a credit card through our secure e-mail PayPal service. You may also choose to mail a check or money order for the total amount due plus shipping and handling fees.  There is an approximate waiting period of 10 working days upon check receipt.  Checks and money orders are only accepted from US customers. Paying by cash would only apply for local customers in the central New Jersey area who are picking up their order in person.  For your own security, please do not send cash by mail.

How do you ship my order? TOP

All orders are shipped Insured via US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Express overnight delivery is also available upon request for an additional fee.

What if I have corrections after I receive the envelopes back from you? TOP

If possible, we generally keep a few blank envelope sets for any corrections or additions.  If the mistake is ours, we will fix the error and mail it at no charge to you.  If the mistake is yours, we will make the correction at the same rate as your original order plus return shipping. 

Do you offer refunds? TOP

Although we do not offer refunds, we will gladly redo any reasonable discrepancies.
